The Problem
Airbnb only offers a singular payment option for individual bookings. This leads to frustrations with users who are splitting the payment for a reservation during group travel trips.
The Solution
Enhancing Airbnb’s group booking features: including a split payment feature, improved communication tools and a new rewards system would increase satisfaction among guests.
These changes would lead to a higher conversion rate for group bookings and build loyalty with guests who travel in groups frequently.
